I have completed my Pregnancy and Women's Yoga Teacher Training with Lou Horgan. From my teaching experience alongside my previous experience working as a personal trainer with post-natal women I am a huge advocate for the importance of yoga throughout pregnancy. It has been seen to benefit both physically and mentally, preparing your body for labour and birth.
I teach both evening and morning classes suitable for all levels. I believe that yoga is for everyone and aim to have my classes accessible to all levels. All classes are currently online via Zoom. My timetable is available on my website in the weekly schedule section.
