Zoë’s love affair with yoga began 12 years ago, when she discovered its benefits for the body and mind. By improving the body’s flexibility and strength she believes that you can reduce injuries, decrease pain and bring more ease into daily life. She works with sports teams, children, beginners and well-seasoned yogis.
She maintains that yoga practice is for everybody. This is evident in her classes, where she tailors the practice to suit the dynamic and experience of each group. She takes each individual at the level that they are at, with the knowledge that every individual is different and each body has different abilities.
Her passion lies in helping people to achieve their health and wellness goals. Zoë emphasises the balance between physical and mental wellbeing. In other words, she believes that being fit and healthy isn’t just about punishing yourself in the gym. Rather, it is a journey self-care, empowerment and learning.
